​FITZ’s FUSION Vistage CEO Board is a private executive peer board for growth-minded CEOs and business owners who want a confidential, high-level space to think, process, and make better decisions. This board brings together top leaders from non-competing industries to fuse experience, wisdom, strategy, and accountability.  This board brings together leaders from Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota.  Each member was nominated, interviewed and selected by Fitz.

As the Vistage Peer Board Chair,  Cathy "Fitz" Fitzhenry, guides and facilitates the FITZ’s FUSION Vistage CEO Board. She creates a safe, confidential environment where CEOs can be honest about what is really happening in their businesses—financial pressures, team challenges, rapid growth, succession, and the personal toll of leadership.  (She goes by Fitz as a first name- so feel free to call her that.)

 

In FITZ’s FUSION Vistage CEO Board:

• Members are carefully interviewed and selected. They have titles such as CEOs, COOs,  presidents, and business owners from non-competing industries.

• We meet monthly at a central location in Bennington, NE to “work on the business,” focusing on strategy, growth, culture, and leadership—not just day-to-day fires.

• Each member brings real, current challenges and opportunities to the table and receives candid, practical feedback from peers who understand the weight of leading an organization.

• The board acts as a sounding board, accountability circle, and trusted space for bold, wise decision-making.

 

As Chair of FITZ’s FUSION Vistage CEO Board, She: 

• Facilitate structured, results-focused peer discussions.

• Ask the hard questions that surface blind spots and challenge assumptions.

• Ensure every voice is heard and every issue is processed with depth, clarity, and respect.

• Provide one-on-one executive coaching to help each leader translate insight into concrete action and forward momentum.

• Develops Annual Curriculum for her Board Members to use freely within their organizations. This is unique to Fitz, as she is a published author of 6 books and writes curriculum to accompany each book. Her most recent content and curriculum she has shared is on the topics of: ​​
